An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a market leading organisation based in Slough. This is a fantastic entry point for a graduate or early-career professional looking to build a long-term career within a large, well-established business.

As a Contracts & Tenders Executive, you will join a critical team responsible for securing business through the creation of innovative tender submissions for new and existing large customer contracts. You will need to be comfortable with handling multiple deadlines and tasks at once and be able to work just as well on your own as you do as part of a team. Your ability to communicate both verbally and in writing is a key part of the role. This role is based 4 days in the office and 1 day from home and offers superb benefits.

Duties include:

  • Coordinating the full National Accounts tendering process
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data
  • Managing multiple concurrent projects to strict deadlines
  • Producing clear, professional, and commercially sound tender documentation
  • Ensuring all submissions align with company standards and authorised trading terms
  • Supporting contract renewals, new business wins, and range extensions
