Our client, a specialist provider of equipment used to test electrical and cooling systems within data centres and industrial environments, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join their growing team. Reporting to the Country Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working as a Project Coordinator, Operations Administrator, or Junior Project Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career. You do not need to be Prince2 qualified - however, a willingness to develop professionally and grow within project management is essential.

You will play a key role in supporting and managing projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring efficient delivery, strong internal coordination, and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Sales and site-based Project Managers in defining technical solutions
  • Assist with project planning, including resource allocation (people, equipment, logistics)
  • Contribute to budget preparation, supplier quotes, and subcontractor coordination
  • Organise equipment deliveries and ensure accurate project setup within the ERP system
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders (technicians, logistics, warehouse, etc.) to ensure smooth execution
  • Monitor project budgets and track progress against targets
  • Maintain accurate tracking of equipment at customer sites within systems
  • Work closely with logistics teams to manage any project changes
  • Raise invoices and support the Sales team in payment collection
  • Manage subcontractor invoicing and payments
  • Support project reviews (Return on Experience) to drive continuous improvement
  • Identify and report non-conformities or issues
  • Assist in producing final financial reports for projects
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes, systems, and service delivery
  • Support the development of operational efficiencies across the business
About You
  • Experience in a project coordination, operations, or administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Comfortable working with systems/ERP tools and data
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Keen to develop into a fully-fledged Project Manager
