Full-Time | Office Based | Near Henley-on-Thames £26,500 - £28,000 per annum
Our client is a privately owned historic estate near Henley-on-Thames, operating across heritage tourism, events, property management and hospitality. They are seeking a highly organised Office Co-ordinator to support the day-to-day running of a busy and varied estate operation. This is a varied role offering responsibility across facilities management, administration, customer service, events and property coordination where no two days are the same - one day you might be arranging maintenance works and managing contractor visits, while the next you could be assisting with event planning, coordinating accommodation bookings or responding to customer enquiries. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can confidently manage multiple priorities and takes a hands-on approach to problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilities & Property Coordination
- Coordinate maintenance and servicing schedules across multiple sites and properties.
- Arrange contractor visits, obtain quotations and monitor work completion.
- Manage utility administration, fuel ordering and facilities records.
- Support the management of residential and commercial properties, coordinating repairs and improvements.
- Assist with fleet administration including servicing, MOTs and repairs.
- Administration
- Manage shared inboxes and respond to enquiries efficiently.
- Source and order goods and services, ensuring value for money.
- Support website updates and digital communications.
- Assist with marketing administration and customer databases.
- Customer Service
- Act as the first point of contact for visitor and customer enquiries.
- Handle bookings and reservations, providing excellent customer service throughout.
- Prepare event and booking documentation.
- Liaise with local stakeholders and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Events Support
- Assist with the planning and delivery of a range of events.
- Coordinate suppliers, contractors and event logistics.
- Support event setup, operational delivery and post-event administration.
- Accommodation Bookings
- Manage accommodation reservations and availability calendars.
- Coordinate cleaning and guest changeovers.
- Produce occupancy and management reports.
Skills/Experience
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to prioritise competing demands effectively.
- A confident communicator with strong customer service skills.

- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team.

Additional Information
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- This is a fully office-based position.
