Are you an experienced B2B sales professional who enjoys building relationships and developing tailored solutions for clients?

Our client is a leading provider of signage, branding and workplace solutions, delivering high-quality bespoke projects for corporate, retail, hospitality and commercial environments across the UK.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Sales Consultant to join their successful team in Newbury.

This is a consultative sales role where you'll work closely with clients to understand their objectives, develop innovative solutions and manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to project award.

The ideal candidate will have experience within signage, fit-out, interiors, manufacturing, construction, refurbishment or a related sector and understand the technical nature of how a product is designed and built.

The Role
Developing and managing relationships with both new and existing clients.

Identifying and securing new business opportunities through networking, referrals and proactive business development.

Meeting with clients to understand project requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Preparing quotations, proposals and presentations.

Managing opportunities through the sales pipeline and negotiating contracts.

Conducting client meetings and site visits across the UK.

Collaborating with estimating, design and project delivery teams to ensure commercially viable solutions.

Maintaining accurate CRM records, forecasts and sales activity.

Representing the company at networking events, exhibitions and industry functions.

Skills/Experience
Proven experience within a consultative B2B sales environment.

Experience within signage, fit-out, interiors, manufacturing, construction, refurbishment or a related sector.

Strong relationship-building and account management skills.

A track record of generating new business and developing existing accounts.

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Strong commercial awareness and a solutions-focused approach.

The ability to understand technical specifications, drawings or project requirements.

Good CRM and Microsoft Office skills.

A full UK driving licence as visits to clients will be required.
