Our client, a global family owned business based in Taplow, is looking for a bright, detail orientated and proactive individual to join their team. This is a really varied role where you will be at the heart of the operation - dealing with enquiries, liaising with the warehouse and clients, raising orders, putting quotes together and co-ordinating daily shipping consignments. The role is office based Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5pm) and is offering a competitive salary with generous benefits and an end of year bonus based on company performance. Due to location, the successful candidate must drive and have their own car.
Duties include:
- Answer all incoming telephone calls and deal with arising queries
- Maintain the shared email inbox
- Communicate with the warehouse regarding daily orders
- Communicate with customers and sales personnel to coordinate the despatch and invoice of all customer orders efficiently
- Raise Spare Part Quotations and issue to customers
- Raising daily shipping consignments on our shipping portal
- Maintenance of stock movements, stock returns and quarterly stock checks
- Chase Proforma invoices weekly
- Update and reference the CRM system
- Maintaining and overseeing all customers on monthly consignments
Skills:
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Have strong written and spoken communication skills
- Must work well within a team and be able to multitask
- Remain calm under pressure and prioritise personal workload
- Attention to detail
