Our client is a start-up going from strength to strength. They are a forward-thinking, diverse company offering a fantastic range of products that both interest and excite clients. Existing clients include Google, Starbucks, Hermes, and TikTok!
Due to continued growth, they are expanding and looking to recruit a Key Account Manager with previous sales experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with our client's existing client base to maximise new sales opportunities and expand their profile within these accounts.

Duties of the role will include:
- Working closely with the account management team and Head of Sales to identify key accounts to target for sales opportunities
- Outbound calling and emailing to new contacts within existing accounts
- Taking brief of requirements
- Arranging showroom visits, remote tours, design visits or quotation requests
- Ensuring all activity is recorded in CRM for reporting purposes
Skills/Experience:
- Outbound sales experience essential
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Excellent team player - able to mix in a lively environment
- Computer literate - experience of CRM systems is essential
- Ability to multitask in a start-up environment
- Strong attention to detail and integrity
- Ability to remain calm and composed, even in challenging situations
