We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Key Account Co-ordinator to join our client's growing team. This role is key to building and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring the delivery of a 'world-class' service. You will work closely with customers, engineers, schedulers, and internal teams to coordinate service delivery, meet KPIs, and ensure all work is completed in line with agreed SLAs. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively.

We are looking for someone with key account co-ordination experience who can work in a busy role.

Duties include:

  • Liaise with schedulers and specialist teams to ensure bookings meet customer SLA requirements
  • Communicate effectively with customers, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Manage all activity through the service management system
  • Maintain accurate records and update customer portals with booking details
  • Prepare and send RAMS, permits, and booking documentation
  • Support permit requests and job progression via internal admin teams
  • Process quotes and raise calls for completion
  • Order parts through the appropriate departments
  • Produce weekly performance reports and data analysis (including pivot tables)

Skills/Experience:

  • Strong administrative experience with excellent attention to detail
  • Scheduling experience
  • Ability to work proactively and react quickly under pressure
  • Confident communicator with customers and internal teams
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
  • Experience working to KPIs and SLAs
  • High level of customer service skills, with a focus on exceeding expectations
  • IT literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Resilient, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
