Job Description

Our client is a well-established and innovative print and communications business seeking an Account Manager to join their Client Services team.This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional with excellent organisational skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service. Acting as the key link between clients and production teams, you will manage projects from initial quotation through to delivery, ensuring work is completed accurately, on time and to the highest quality standards.Due to the operational and order-processing nature of this role, we are happy to consider applications from candidates with transferable skills.The role offers significant variety, working with clients across a range of specialist sectors while collaborating closely with production, studio, operations, accounts and supplier partners.This role is fully office based, Mon to Fri.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop a portfolio of existing client accountsPrepare accurate estimates and quotationsCoordinate projects from brief through to production and deliveryLiaise with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are metCreate and maintain clear production instructions and job documentationMonitor project timelines and proactively manage work in progressBuild and maintain strong supplier relationships for outsourced servicesEnsure products are manufactured to customer specifications and quality standardsManage proof approvals and confirm delivery schedules with clientsInvestigate, troubleshoot and resolve customer and production issuesPrepare completed jobs for accurate invoicing and billingRecord customer meetings, visits and key discussionsIdentify opportunities to upsell services and grow existing business.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will be an organised and proactive individual with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.You will ideally have:Strong commercial awareness and the ability to make sound business decisionsExcellent organisational and project management skillsA high level of attention to detail and accuracyConfidence managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approachIntermediate Microsoft Office skillsThe ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlinesA collaborative approach and strong team ethicBenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience23 days annual leave plus additional long-service entitlementCompany pension schemeDeath in service benefitOn-site parkingVolunteer daysEmployee Ownership Trust benefits (tax free bonus paid yearly)Supportive and collaborative working environmentOpportunities for professional development and career progressionPlease note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training, and skills.
