We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Account Manager to join our client's fast-paced Client Services team, working for a successful printing company in High Wycombe.

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients across a range of niche sectors, including Clinical, Training, and Events. Acting as the key liaison between customers and production teams, you will ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality, on time, and to specification.

This is a dynamic position requiring strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Account management experience is essential.

Printing experience would be beneficial but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service at all times
  • Produce accurate estimates using the MIS system, capturing all production costs
  • Coordinate projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Create job bags and provide clear, detailed instructions to production teams
  • Monitor and manage all work in progress (WIP), maintaining full visibility across departments
  • Liaise with internal teams including Studio, Operations, Dispatch, and Accounts
  • Work with suppliers to source outwork and maintain strong relationships
  • Ensure products are produced to customer specifications and quality standards
  • Confirm delivery schedules and coordinate with courier partners for global distribution
  • Investigate and resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Prepare jobs for billing and maintain accurate records
  • Identify opportunities to upsell services and grow existing client accounts
  • Maintain dashboards, reports, and MIS system records

  • Be an excellent communicator (written and verbal)

  • Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Have strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Be adaptable and focused on continuous improvement
  • Be commercially aware with an understanding of profitability
  • Be a collaborative, team-oriented individual
  • Experience in the Print industry is beneficial
