Our client, a growing construction company in High Wycombe, is looking to recruit a Graduate to join their team, ideally with a degree in Finance or Business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to kick start their career and develop with a growing and successful organisation.
Duties include:
- Posting invoices
- Running supplier/labour payments within agreed terms
- Reviewing staff expenses
- Bank reconciliations
- Dealing with account queries
- Account related filing
- To help maintain various spreadsheets
- Maintaining office supply inventory
- Answering office calls
- Organise and store paperwork, documents and computer based information
- Printing/Photocopying
