Our client, a growing construction company in High Wycombe, is looking to recruit a Graduate to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to kick start their career and develop with a growing and successful organisation. The successful candidate will be numerical, quick to learn and analytical.

Duties include:

  • Posting invoices
  • Running supplier/labour payments within agreed terms
  • Reviewing staff expenses
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Dealing with account queries
  • Account related filing
  • To help maintain various spreadsheets
  • Maintaining office supply inventory
  • Answering office calls
  • Organise and store paperwork, documents and computer based information
