Our client based in Hook requires a Fleet Administrator to join their team, on a 3 month fixed term basis. The role will be full time hours 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday working 100% from the office. We are looking for someone with existing experience in fleet administration. Key responsibilities include: Maintain fleet records and administration Manage vehicle compliance and governance Management of PCN's, NIPs and Motor Offences vehicle maintenance and repair coordination Driver support and administration Supplier and contract management Financial administration Reporting and data analysis Accident, Incident and insurance administration You must have knowledge of fleet administration to be successful in this position.
