An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to Joint Chief Executive Officers within a fast-paced and dynamic organisation. This is a pivotal role requiring a highly organised, forward-thinking individual who can build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted partner to the executive team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations while contributing to wider business initiatives. This role is fully office based, Monday to Friday, and comes with excellent benefits and flexible working (flexi-time).
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEOs and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, and handle executive correspondence
- Support business development and client relationship activities
- Provide regular updates to executives on project progress
- Work collaboratively across departments including HR, Finance, and IT
- Assist with strategic projects and acquisition-related activities
- Lead the planning and delivery of internal initiatives, meetings, and events
Administrative Duties
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and key documentation
- Coordinate travel arrangements
