We are recruiting for an experienced Estimator to join a busy service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and become the primary point of contact for all quotation-related activities. This role would suit a highly organised estimator with a strong HVAC background and experience working within facilities management, building services, or a similar environment.
Responsibilities
- Acting as the main point of contact for quotations and estimates
- Reviewing engineers' reports and producing accurate cost estimates
- Preparing quotations for planned and reactive works
- Supporting procurement activities for the service team
- Assisting with PPM tenders and related documentation
- Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and procedures
Key Requirements
- Essential HVAC knowledge
- Strong understanding of SFG20 standards and compliance
- Ability to interpret and assess engineers' reports
- Procurement experience for service-related works when required
- Experience preparing and pricing PPM tender packs
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Package
Salary: £28,000 - £36,000 depending on experience. Opportunity to join a growing team with an immediate impact on operations.
