Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in High Wycombe, is seeking an experienced Distribution Supervisor to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive leader to help maintain operational excellence, ensuring customer orders are checked, complete, and ready for dispatch while supporting a motivated and high-performing team.

Rota:6:00am to 2:30pm/2:45pm to 11:15pm Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and support the Distribution team to achieve daily operational targets.

Ensure customer orders are complete, accurate, and ready for dispatch on time.

Carry out quality checks and ensure products are free from damage or defects before loading.

Coordinate the movement of products between sites and prepare overseas shipments.

Support drivers and customers with loading and collection activities.

Monitor stock locations and investigate any missing items.

Maintain accurate paperwork and ensure all documentation is completed correctly.

Promote a safe working environment and ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times.

Investigate service issues and work with the team to prevent repeat problems.

Conduct team meetings and appraisals while supporting training and development.

Skills & Experience Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Team Leader or Supervisory role.

Experience within a warehouse, logistics, transport, or distribution environment.

Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

Confident leading, motivating, and developing teams.

Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads effectively.

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Flexible, reliable, and positive approach to work.
