We are currently recruiting for a temporary customer service assistant to work for a 4 month period, full time and 100% office based. This is a project based Customer care position that requires 4 months commitment.

Key duties include:

  • KPI/SLA and general data analysis to ensure you drive data driven fact-based decision making proactively for our customers
