Our client, a successful law firm based in Amersham, is looking for a Client Services Advisor to join their team due to sustained growth and a plethora of new enquiries over the past few months.
The Client Services Advisor will be the first point of contact for all new client enquiries over the phone and email, establishing the client\’s needs and quickly assessing how best to help them and what services they require.
We are looking for candidates who have worked in a legal practice before or have a good understanding of the property sector/moving process, potentially from an estate agency.
You must be a self-starter who is accountable, disciplined and an organised problem solver. Punctuality, adaptability, effective communication, and strong time-management skills are also essential.
This role is Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with hybrid working after 3 months. Salary is circa £27k plus benefits.
Duties include
- First point of contact for new client enquiries, both by phone and email
- Establishing the client\’s needs and quickly assessing how we can best service those
- Accurately taking down key information and entering onto the system
- Reassuring the client and dealing with their requests professionally and sensitively
- Booking the appointment and following internal procedure to communicate both internally and with the client
- Responsible for following up/chasing enquiries with clients
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with both clients and agent
- Ensuring that any final communication with the client has a positive message
Skills/Experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Prioritisation skills and the ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
- High proficiency in MS office applications
- Essential advanced English written and oral skills
- Must be a positive, flexible, self-starting person
- Experience working collaboratively within a team as well as ability to work independently
