The predicted salary is between 28000 - 42000 £ per year.
We are looking for a bright individual with strong knowledge of data analytics applications. Ideally, you will have experience using at least one of the following: Jet Reports, Power BI, QlikView.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with FMCG industry experience highly beneficial.
The purpose of this role is to provide data extraction and analytics services to a wide range of internal and external clients. The role is positioned within Operations and also involves providing planning and business improvement services to customer service, warehouse, and purchasing teams.
Salary is up to £35,000, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a generous pension scheme and annual leave entitlement.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the monthly order file, including safety stock levels for key lines, to calculate replenishment requirements for stock items.
- Expedite and report on outstanding Purchase Order lines weekly.
- Track and measure all Operations activities to report on resource utilization.
- Publish and update main Operations and broader business dashboards.
- Maintain and update an up-to-date price file for regularly ordered goods.
- Handle all incoming customs clearance documentation and processes.
- Identify and map processes for improvement or automation, and design new reports.
Key Requirements
- Degree-level education with a focus on analytics or operational research.
- At least 3 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within an FMCG product-based organization.
- Understanding of business processes, with the ability to evaluate and suggest improvements using metrics.
- Exposure to AI as a means of organizational improvement.
- Strong team player.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
