The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly capable Operations Manager to become the right-hand person to a dynamic entrepreneur supporting two growing businesses. This is a pivotal role for a proactive, detail-driven individual who thrives on ownership, momentum, and being one step ahead at all times. You will play a central role in keeping the businesses running smoothly, acting as the operational backbone while also supporting sales and customer service activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the entrepreneur's trusted operational partner, anticipating needs and driving efficiency
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across both businesses
  • Support sales and customer service teams with:
  • Preparing and managing quotes
  • Travel planning and coordination
  • Organisation of schedules, meetings, and priorities
  • Improve processes, systems, and workflows to support growth
  • Ensure nothing drops, from details to deadlines
  • Handle ad hoc operational and administrative tasks with confidence and discretion
