We are recruiting for a highly successful medical supplies company based in Loudwater, High Wycombe. The successful candidate will be delivering excellent customer service to all their patients, existing and new.

We are looking for candidates with a customer service or sales background who enjoy communicating with patients/customers and possess a can do attitude.

Working hours are 10am - 6pm with 1 day working from home after training period.

Duties include:

  • Proactively contacting patients, both new and existing
  • Dealing with enquiries
  • Managing your own database of patients
  • Checking if patients need to place orders and advising them on products
  • General administration

Skills/Experience:

  • Proven telephone based Customer Service background
  • Empathy towards patients with complex medical conditions
  • Proven experience of managing high call volumes
  • Possess influential and persuasive skill set
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent communication, oral and written, skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able to multitask
