We are seeking a dedicated and professional After Sales Support Executive to join our client's UK Operations Team on a 12 month FTC, based in their Marlow office. In this customer-focused position, you will provide exceptional support across all our client's brands, ensuring every customer receives a best-in-class experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving and are confident building strong working relationships, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a supportive and collaborative team. After sales (warranty and technical) experience desirable. Hybrid working after 3 months. Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a first-class customer support service with a focus on achieving first-time resolution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Service Centre agents, dealers and key stakeholders
- Take ownership of all customer interactions, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up
- Authorise product collections and coordinate repairs under guarantee
- Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and drive operational excellence
- Support departmental projects from initial concept through to implementation
- Develop product knowledge and commit to ongoing personal development
- Travel occasionally within the UK to carry out inspections and review warranty returns
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 1 year's experience in customer service or sales support, with proven problem-resolution skills
- Strong ability to identify issues and deliver effective solutions quickly
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple enquiries
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Experience using CRM systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong data entry, typing and analytical abilities
- Able to build and manage key working relationships across the business
- A reliable team player who is also capable of working autonomously and building trust with customers
