We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our client\’s high-energy team within the workplace interiors industry. This is a brand new role due to growth and is a fantastic opportunity to join and develop the role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, management, importing, and project management. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organisational skills and a proven ability to optimise operations and drive business growth. Ideally, the successful candidate will come from the workplace interiors or a related industry. Office based in Beaconsfield with some international travel when required. Salary circa £50k plus benefits. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient processes. Develop and implement logistics strategies to streamline the supply chain and reduce costs. Coordinate the importing process, including supplier negotiations, customs clearance, and compliance with international trade regulations. Manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports to track operational efficiency.
