Our client, a highly successful packaging company in Marlow, is looking for a Key Account Manager to drive business growth and nurture client relationships. Working with a wide range of clients in the healthcare and beauty industry, this role would suit someone with a proven track record in B2B sales and key account management, ideally within the beauty packaging industry. This role is paying up to £60,000 plus benefits. Hybrid working. Responsibilities: Develop a sales forecast, set business development and key account strategies for the assigned accounts in line with the business strategy. Understand customers’ key business requirements to determine current and future business needs. Maintain an effective business relationship with key customers and prospect, positioning Toly as a valued business partner. Prospect, sell, and secure orders/receivables from existing and prospective customers, using a relationship-based approach to key account penetration. Develop a key account strategy for existing customers that enhance existing revenue and margins, by introducing new products that expand the business relationship, optimising pricing & repeat orders. Introduce innovations to existing and prospective customers, and act as a key advisor in helping them select solutions best suited to their needs.
