Our client, a boutique executive search firm based near Twyford, is looking for a bright, proactive and detail orientated Executive Search Researcher/Resourcer to join their growing team. As a Researcher you will demonstrate the ability to work proactively in a team and be comfortable working in a target driven environment where you will build candidate talent pools and help with research on both search and interim assignments. You will receive excellent training and work alongside some highly experienced and successful Client Partners. We welcome applications from experienced recruiters looking to step into the executive search industry or graduates with commercial work experience, business acumen and excellent communication and research skills looking for a new career. Our client offers a competitive basic salary, bonuses, full training and career development. Flexible hours could also be considered for the right person.
