Are you an organised and customer-focused individual with warehouse experience and a passion for delivering excellent service?

We are looking for a Warehouse Customer Service Assistant to join our client's team in Maidenhead.

This is a varied and hands-on dual role that combines warehouse operations, logistics coordination, and some customer service (around 70% in the warehouse and 30% in the office).

The role also includes pre programming of SIM cards too so it's really varied.

Working closely with the Customer Service Team, Sales Managers and Service Team, you will ensure customer orders are processed efficiently, stock is managed effectively, and customer enquiries are handled professionally.

This role is fully office based Monday to Friday and comes with a competitive salary and benefits plus company bonus.

Key Responsibilities Warehouse Logistics Pick, pack, and process customer orders.

Create and manage shipments through delivery partner portals.

Receive, unload, and accurately book in stock from the factory.

Maintain stock accuracy and availability within the warehouse.

Ensure stock is stored correctly and rotated to support effective stock control.

Prepare and submit documentation to customs partners.

Manage customer returns and coordinate inspections with the Service Team.
