We are looking for a friendly, professional and highly organised Customer Service Representative to join our client, a busy Business Centre in Slough.

This is a varied front-of-house role that combines customer service, administration, facilities support and client liaison responsibilities.

As the first point of contact for customers and visitors, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business centre.

The successful candidate will initially join us as a CSR with the opportunity to develop and progress within the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to establish themselves within a growing business and take on additional responsibilities over time.

£27k plus £1k bonus and excellent benefits.

Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.30 although the client would consider 4 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service & Reception
  • Meet and greet customers and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming service.
  • Manage reception duties and answer incoming calls efficiently.
  • Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare meeting rooms and arrange refreshments when required.
  • Maintain clean, tidy and presentable reception and communal areas.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, visitors and colleagues.
  • Administration & Centre Support
  • Manage general administration duties including filing, purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Carry out housekeeping checks across the centre.
  • Support health and safety compliance procedures.
  • Assist with centre audits and ensure meeting rooms are maintained to a high standard.
  • Sales & Business Support
  • Participate in centre tours for prospective clients.
  • Develop knowledge of the company’s products and services.
  • Support sales opportunities including meeting rooms, virtual offices and business support services.

Skills/Experience

  • Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Confident communicating with people at all levels, including senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Positive, proactive and enthusiastic.
  • Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment.
  • Professional, reliable and self-motivated.
  • IT literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Interested in commercial business environments and business support services.
