This is a pivotal role focused on ensuring the smooth administration of sales operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the end-to-end order management process.
Working closely with Sales, Service, Finance, Logistics, and international colleagues across the UK, USA, Italy, and Germany, you will be responsible for coordinating customer orders, maintaining CRM records, producing reports, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong sales administration experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities Support the EMEA Sales Team in achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
