Our client, an award winning recruitment consultancy, is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their vibrant team based in the heart of Marlow.
As a company they have experienced huge growth over the past few years and they're now looking for either a trainee or an experienced recruiter to join and develop a warm desk.

Our client will consider candidates from sales and non sales backgrounds and a wide range of industries. What's most important is the attitude and a keen desire for success. Excellent earning potential where you earn commission on everything you bill (no threshold)!

£25k - £30k depending on experience OTE £35k - £50k + benefits

The Role:

  • The full 360 process so you will be involved every step of the way from interviewing the candidates, writing and submitting their CV and placing them in their new role
  • Building relationships with clients and candidates is at the very heart of what we do and we are looking for people who can continue to develop and add to our extensive database
  • You will come in to a warm desk that will have not only leads but jobs and candidates that hold us in high regard so you will be given the best start possible.
