Our client, a specialist provider of equipment used to test electrical and cooling systems within data centres and industrial environments, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join their growing team. Reporting to the Country Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working as a Project Coordinator, Operations Administrator, or Junior Project Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career. You do not need to be Prince2 qualified; however, a willingness to develop professionally and grow within project management is essential.
You will play a key role in supporting and managing projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring efficient delivery, strong internal coordination, and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Pre-Project Phase
- Support Sales and site-based Project Managers in defining technical solutions
- Assist with project planning, including resource allocation (people, equipment, logistics)
- Contribute to budget preparation, supplier quotes, and subcontractor coordination
- Organise equipment deliveries and ensure accurate project setup within the ERP system
- Project Delivery
- Coordinate internal stakeholders (technicians, logistics, warehouse, etc.) to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor project budgets and track progress
