Our client, based in Beaconsfield, is looking for a Part Time Finance Administrator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised individual looking to develop their finance and bookkeeping experience within a supportive and forward-thinking firm. Reporting to the Practice Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day administration of the finance function, supporting both internal operations and client accounts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate financial records
  • Managing workflows and deadlines
  • Processing transactions
  • Providing high-quality administrative support to the wider team

This role is 4 hours per day, 5 days per week. We are flexible on when the 4 hours per day can be worked. Competitive salary plus excellent benefits.

Duties include:

  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Overseeing client bank accounts
  • Tracking and recording company expenses, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately
  • Monitoring accounting procedures and identifying and resolving any issues promptly
  • Chasing outstanding records and documentation to ensure deadlines are met
  • Keeping clients and suppliers informed of progress and responding to queries
  • Managing and tracking bank statements, disbursements, and other key financial processes
