We are looking for a Management Accountant to join our four-person finance team, reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller. \ N About the role: \ N The Management Accountantwill support the Group Financial Controller by consolidating and analysing financial data, preparing reports, and providing strategic information and advice to the board and joint venture partners. This process-driven role includes preparing monthly management accounts, statutory accounts, budgets, profit and cashflow forecasts, site cost analysis reports, and providing recommendations for cost efficiencies. \ N This is a great opportunity to join an established, growing business and work closely with senior management in a varied and commercially focused role. \ N Key duties: \ N \n Monthly management accounts and financial reporting \ N Budgeting, forecastingand cashflow \ N Financial analysis andsite cost reporting \ N Statutory accounts andtax \ N Supporting audits, funding proposals and joint venture reporting \ N Improving financial controls and identifying cost efficiencies \ N \n About you: \ N \n Have solid management accounting experience - ideally 2+ years \ N Strong knowledge of general ledger, budgeting, forecasting, accounting standards and compliance regulations are essential \ N Is analytical, organised and commercially minded \ N Excellent time management while also being flexible when tasks require \ N Have strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail \ N Is ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified, or working towards a qualification \ N Have good communicationskills and enjoys working as part of a small team \ N Experience of COINS and/or housebuilding would be an advantage \ N \n What we offer: \ N \n Private healthcare \ N Company pension \n Early finish at 4:30 on a Friday \ N \n Please click on the APPLY button to send your CV and Cover Letter for this role. \ N Candidates with experience of; Financial Analyst, Accounts Manager, Finance Manager, Accountant, Part Qualified Accountant, Senior Accountant, Accountant, Qualified Accountant, AAT Qualified, AAT Part Qualified, ACCA Qualified, CIMA Qualified, Management Accountant will also be considered for this role.
