Our client, a successful organisation based in High Wycombe, is looking for an HR Advisor - initially on a 12 month contract to cover maternity leave but there is the potential this role could go permanent for the right person.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you will partner with managers across the business, providing expert HR advice and support across the full employee lifecycle.

The role offers exposure to employee relations, recruitment, learning and development, HR projects and reporting, making it ideal for a confident HR generalist with strong ER experience, managing cases.

The role is office based Monday to Friday 8.30-5 and comes with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Duties include Provide HR advice and support to managers on employee relations matters including absence, disciplinary, grievance and capability issues.

Manage employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, probation reviews, contractual changes and leavers.

Maintain accurate HR records and produce HR reports and management information.

Support recruitment activities, including interviews, onboarding and right-to-work compliance.

Coordinate occupational health referrals and family leave cases.

Support salary review, bonus and annual appraisal processes.

Assist with learning and development initiatives, apprenticeships and professional qualifications.
