Bucks and Berks Recruitment are recruiting an experienced Lettings Manager / Administrator to own day-to-day lettings administration and property management for around 100 properties. Based in Chalfont St Peter, the role requires independence in a small office and juggling multiple responsibilities with strong organisation and compliance focus.
You will manage compliance, renewals, tenancy documentation, liaise with tenants and contractors, conduct property inspections across London and Bucks.
