An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to Joint Chief Executive Officers within a fast‑paced and dynamic organisation.
This is a pivotal role requiring a highly organised, forward‑thinking individual who can build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted partner to the executive team.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations while contributing to wider business initiatives.
This role is fully office based, Monday to Friday, and comes with excellent benefits and flexible working (flexi‑time).
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEOs and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, and handle executive correspondence
- Support business development and client relationship activities
- Provide regular updates to executives on project progress
- Work collaboratively across departments including HR, Finance, and IT
- Assist with strategic projects and acquisition‑related activities
- Lead the planning and delivery of internal initiatives, meetings, and events
- Administrative Duties: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and key documentation
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expenses
- Organise meetings, including agenda preparation and minute‑taking
- Manage logistics for company events, conferences, and training sessions
- Monitor compliance deadlines and support reporting requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and external partners
- Communication & Coordination: Facilitate clear and timely communication across the organisation
- Draft and review correspondence on behalf of senior executives
- Manage inboxes, prioritising emails and responding where appropriate
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership preferably in the accountancy or financial services industry; however, experience in other sectors will also be considered
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
- Professional, approachable, and confident working with senior stakeholders
- Ability to maintain discretion and operate with integrity
