Are you looking to work for a long-established charity where you can make a real difference to the lives of local young people? Our client, based in Slough, is looking for a confident communicator to inspire children and young adults through the delivery of events and activities in schools and educational settings, as well as project manage the process from start to finish. Competitive salary depending on experience. 35 hours per week (part-time, term time only will be considered). 8.30am to 4.30pm, with 1-hour unpaid lunch break. Hours will be flexible depending on Event timings. Office-based in Slough. Flexible Working Policy in place. Travel to various schools/ locations in and around the Berkshire/ Buckinghamshire area. Full and clean driving license and the daily use of a car is essential. Key responsibilities: Present and deliver engaging content to young people aged between 5 and 19, in 1-2-1 or group sessions. Create and deliver project plans. Liaise with and recruit local businesspeople to support delivery during activities. Liaise with key personnel in partner organisations. Design and produce presentations and materials for workshops or events aimed at young people, business volunteers, teachers, or parents. Comply with reporting procedures.
