Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's diary and schedule across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate business travel and corporate events
  • Manage and grow the digital presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other channels
  • Contribute creative ideas to brand development and marketing campaigns
  • Assist in high-value property transactions and liaise with solicitors and developers
  • Support the sales process from inquiry through to completion

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional presentation
  • Tech-savvy: proficient with Microsoft Office, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, CRMs, Adobe Acrobat, Dropbox
  • Strong social media awareness and marketing instincts
  • Discreet, reliable, and capable of managing confidential matters

  • Full UK driving licence and own transport essential due to office location
