Bucks and Berks Recruitment is seeking a highly organised HR Administrator to join its HR & Compliance team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The role focuses on maintaining HR records, onboarding and offboarding, and keeping systems up to date.

You'll work on-site Mon-Fri 9am–5pm, manage urgent queries, and ensure GDPR-compliant documentation, with potential to progress from an existing HR admin background or as a strong administrator expanding into HR.
