We are recruiting for an experienced Estimator to join a busy service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and become the primary point of contact for all quotation-related activities. This role would suit a highly organised estimator with a strong HVAC background and experience working within facilities management, building services, or a similar environment.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the main point of contact for quotations and estimates
  • Reviewing engineers' reports and producing accurate cost estimates
  • Preparing quotations for planned and reactive works
  • Supporting procurement activities for the service team
  • Assisting with PPM tenders and related documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and procedures

Key Requirements

  • Essential HVAC knowledge
  • Strong understanding of SFG20 standards and compliance
  • Ability to interpret and assess engineers' reports
  • Procurement experience for service-related works when required
  • Experience preparing and pricing PPM tender packs
