Our client based in Hook requires a Fleet Administrator to join their team, on a 3 month fixed term basis.
The role will be full time hours 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday working 100% from the office.
We are looking for someone with existing experience in fleet administration.
Key responsibilities include
- Maintain fleet records and administration
- Manage vehicle compliance and governance
- Management of PCN's, NIPs and Motor Offences
- vehicle maintenance and repair coordination
- Driver support and administration
- Supplier and contract management
- Financial administration
- Reporting and data analysis
- Accident, Incident and insurance administration
You must have knowledge of fleet administration to be successful in this position.
