Based in Gerrards Cross - moving to London next year. Hybrid working. Our client, a growing consultancy entering its next phase of growth, is looking for a dynamic, ambitious Business Coordinator & Junior PA to help tie everything together. You'll work directly with the Managing Director, acting as their eyes and ears across the business, supporting operations, sales, systems, reporting, recruitment, and day-to-day coordination, and also supporting with some private PA duties too.

You will have experience in setting up new processes, procedures and implementing new systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an extremely fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. They will also be highly organised, analytical, and ambitious, and want real exposure to how a consultancy is built and scaled. You will be unapologetic about managing people and projects with a courteous but no-nonsense attitude!

The company is currently based in Gerrards Cross but will be relocating to London next year, so you have to be comfortable with travelling to London and also assisting with setting up the new office in the interim. There may also be some very occasional international travel. Hybrid working - 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days working from home based on business needs. Salary: £32k - £40k plus excellent benefits.

Duties include:

  • Business Coordination & Operations
  • Support the MD in establishing clear reporting lines, responsibilities, and operational rhythms across departments.
  • Act as a central coordination point between sales, marketing, operations, and leadership.
  • Support on financial planning by managing budgets and financial trackers.
  • Maintain visibility across key business activity and flag risks, blockers, or delays.
  • Support planning cycles, internal meetings, and follow-ups to ensure actions are completed.
  • Help document processes and improve consistency across how the business operates.
  • Managing a social budget to ideate and arrange social events for the business.
  • Systems & Reporting (Hubspot)
  • Learn and actively use Hubspot Sales and Marketing CRM.
  • Maintain accurate data and ensure systems are being used correctly.
  • Produce regular reports and spreadsheets to support decision-making.
  • Track pipeline activity, utilisation, project status, and operational metrics.
  • Junior PA & Personal Support to the MD
  • Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, and scheduling.
  • Organise travel, accommodation, and logistics.
  • Provide personal administration support where required.

Skills/Experience:

  • Min 3 years' experience in a Personal Assistant / Team Coordinator role.
  • Experience of creating new systems and processes (critical).
  • Experience of coordinating people and projects using processes with measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, comfortable with numbers and budgets.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems, able to navigate how systems work and understand how to improve them.
  • Must be able to work from Beaconsfield and London when required.
  • Process driven, able to work processes, hold others accountable to processes and create new processes to increase efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Courteous and professional, able to manage colleagues through a firm but respectful approach.
