A London-based real estate investment company is seeking an Acquisitions Associate to support the sourcing and execution of £50m–£100m UK living sector (BtR, PBSA, Co-living) joint venture acquisitions.
Essential requirements sought in candidates (strict):
- Top academics: A or A* at A-level in science-based subjects and a 1st or 2:1 degree. These must be shown in applications and candidates not meeting this will not be considered.
- 5–10 years’ UK experience in BtR / living sector acquisitions.
- Proven track record of originating and executing UK living sector investments.
- Trained and worked exclusively in the UK; no visa sponsorship available.
- Strong financial modelling and investment appraisal capability.
- Well-networked, personable, and comfortable working with polished, sophisticated investors.
- Willing to work full-time on-site in central London.
Role overview:
- Source and execute UK BtR / living sector acquisitions (on- and off-market).
- Manage relationships with JV partners and advisors.
- Appraise opportunities, prepare financial models and investment papers.
