Senior Manager/Director role with open route through to partnership and no need to generate new clients! Long established, well run and very successful independent practice with a very full and impressive list of clients. The private client tax team is looking to hire a senior manager or director to take over an existing caseload. You will have the support of an experienced team as well as director/partner colleagues.
Role and responsibilities
- Managing the compliance process, including getting involved in some of the more complex compliance.
- Ad hoc advisory work and planning.
- The firm has a conservative attitude to risk.
- Reviewing and mentoring/training more junior staff as necessary.
- Managing the existing client relationships.
