This expanding, independent firm continues to go from strength to strength. The partners and managers have created a really enjoyable working atmosphere where each person is supported and valued. Hybrid working has been very successfully adopted with a great balance of wfh and office time to foster relationships and carry out client meetings. The partners are committed to ensuring that everyone has a sensible work/life balance.

The firm is keen to bring a supervisor on board to join the expanding personal tax team. You could be an existing supervisor looking for a change of scene and scope for further progression, or a senior ready for a new challenge. Either way, a role will be tweaked to suit your existing experienceand interests.

The team benefits from a diverse and high quality client base and can offer a really interesting range of technical work. Clients include HNWIs, non-domiciled individuals, trusts and the owners of very successful businesses.

Your role will include managing a portfolio of clients, carrying out complex compliance, reviewing the compliance work carried out by more junior colleagues, and getting involved in project work. As well as researching technical points for ad hoc advisory work, you will work alongside the talented and very approachable senior management team who will be enthusiastic in helping to develop your skills.

Maintaining and developing successful client relationships is at the centre of the firm\’s success. They are regarded as trusted advisors, integral to the client\’s financial strategy. As a supervisor, you will be liaising both with clients and third party intermediaries, in writing and in person.

There is plenty of scope for progression here. The client base continues to expand and the partners are committed to promoting from within wherever possible.
