They are looking for an Assistant Manager to review more basic compliance carried out by junior colleagues, complete compliance on more complex clients, and get involved in advisory projects. You will work closely with other members of the team, mentoring juniors and being coached by more senior colleagues. There is always plenty of support on hand.
The firm successfully operates an agile working policy and is fully supportive of flexible working practices. Ideally, you will be ATT qualified and either CTA or studying towards qualification and looking to further develop your skills. You are encouraged to take ownership of your portfolio so the ability to engage productively with clients is essential.
