A well-established professional services firm is seeking a driven and technically skilled individual to join its expanding Corporate Tax division as a Transfer Pricing Manager. This London-based role involves delivering end-to-end transfer pricing solutions for a diverse client base, including multinational groups and complex cross-border structures.
You will work closely with senior tax leaders, overseeing advisory and compliance projects, and guiding junior team members. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing pricing strategies across goods, services, IP, and financing;
- Preparing and reviewing documentation such as Master Files and Local Files;
- Assessing intercompany arrangements and capital structures;
- Supporting dispute resolution and negotiations with tax authorities;
- Advising on broader tax implications including VAT, withholding tax, and permanent establishment risks.
