About the Commercial Property Solicitor role

We are expanding the Commercial Property practice and recruiting for an ambitious and commercially minded Commercial Property Solicitor (3–5 years’ PQE) to join our established and growing team in Peterborough.

Responsibilities

  • Manage your own caseload of commercial property matters, with appropriate supervision and support.
  • Work closely with partners and senior lawyers on larger, more complex and high-value transactions.
  • Develop strong client relationships and play an active role in delivering high-quality client experience.
  • Contribute to the continued growth and success of the team.
  • Work scope
  • You will be involved in a wide range of commercial property matters, which may include:
  • Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property and development land
  • Landlord and tenant work, including leases, renewals and asset management
  • Property finance and secured lending transactions
  • Development work, including site assembly and plot sales
  • Portfolio management for corporate and investor clients

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years’ PQE with solid commercial property experience.
  • Technically strong, with good attention to detail.
  • Commercially aware and able to provide pragmatic advice.
  • A team player who enjoys working collaboratively.
  • Relishing responsibility, but equally keen to learn from experienced colleagues.
