Location: One of the most elegant country house hotels in the Cotswolds, Buckland Manor is set in ten acres of stunning grounds. With four AA red stars, three AA rosettes, and a member of Relais & Châteaux, Buckland Manor offers employees the opportunity to work within a traditional, yet friendly English country house hotel.

About the role: This is a full‑time Chef De Partie role of 48 hours per week, 5 days over 7 on a rota basis to include evenings and weekends. We encourage a culture of thoughtfulness towards each other and our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • You’ll be working with fresh food, turning it into delicious dishes for our guests.
  • Our CDP’s run their own section of the kitchen.
  • As a skilled chef, you’ll get to really put those knife skills to the test, whilst learning new skills from our senior chefs along the way.
  • You’ll need to keep up to date with the latest allergen training.
  • Everyone in the kitchen is responsible for keeping it clean.
  • Labelling food is important to avoid out‑of‑date items.
  • Encourage and share your knowledge with new, budding KP’s and Commis coming into the industry.
