Location: Buckland Manor is one of the most elegant country house hotels in the Cotswolds, set in ten acres of stunning grounds. With 4 AA red stars, 3 AA rosettes, and a member of Relais & Châteaux, it offers employees the opportunity to work within a traditional, yet friendly English country house hotel.
Service Charge – we pay our team service charge each month! This service charge all goes into one pot, and 100% of that service charge is then shared amongst all the team at the hotel – every penny received is paid out to the team. The service charge can be in the region of £305 a month (around £3,600 per year) over and above base pay for a full‑time employee. We may offer on‑site staff accommodation to help the newest members of the team settle into life at the hotel and the local area, and free parking is available on‑site.

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work with our Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant team and ensure we always provide exceptional service to our guests, helping them make memories that last a lifetime. This role is a 48‑hour per week contract, working five days over seven on a rota basis to include weekends and bank holidays.
