Location: One of the most elegant country house hotels in the Cotswolds, Buckland Manor is set in ten acres of stunning grounds. With 4 AA red stars, 3 AA rosettes, and a member of Relais & Châteaux, Buckland Manor offers employees the opportunity to work within a traditional, yet friendly English country house hotel.
We pay our team service charge each month! This service charge all goes into one pot, and 100% of that service charge is then shared amongst all the team at the hotel – every penny received is paid out to the team. Service charge can be in the region of £305 a month (around £3,600 per year) over and above base pay, for a full time employee. The hotel may be able to offer on-site staff accommodation to help the newest members settle into life at the hotel and local area, plus free parking is available on-site.

As a Food & Beverage Assistant you will work closely with both the front of house and back of house team, to ensure our guests not only have a wonderful time, but also make memories to last a lifetime. We welcome applications from candidates with no experience; this role is all about personality and attitude, we can teach you the rest.
