Job Summary: The Head Chef is responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, staff management, inventory control, food safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. The Head Chef leads the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences while ensuring efficiency, profitability, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
